Bespoke is a word the trade has worn out. Here it means one specific thing: a paper pattern that exists only for you, cut by hand, sewn by hand, and corrected on your body through a staged fitting before anything is made permanent.
No block adapted to your measurements. No nearest size adjusted at the seams. A pattern drafted from nothing, tuned to how you actually stand — because almost nobody stands square, and a jacket cut as though you do will tell on you from across a room.
It is the fullest thing we make, and the slowest. Ten to fourteen weeks, from $3,650.
How a commission runs

The consultation
We talk before we measure. What the suit is for, where it will be worn, what time of day it belongs to, what you already own that works and what doesn't. Cloth comes out at this stage, not before — choosing a cloth without knowing the life of the garment is how people end up with a beautiful suit they never wear.

Measurement and posture
A full measurement set, then the part that matters more: how you carry yourself. One shoulder usually sits lower. Most people stand with a little more weight on one side. A bespoke pattern accounts for all of it, which is why the finished jacket hangs clean when you are standing still and stays clean when you are not.

The pattern, then the canvas
Your pattern is drafted on paper and cut by hand. The jacket is built over a full floating canvas, hand-basted through the chest and lapel, so the structure is held by stitch rather than glue. That construction is the reason a bespoke jacket moulds to you over years instead of flattening out.

The staged fitting
A half-finished garment is brought to you in your cloth. You wear it. We mark it — sleeve pitch, balance, the collar, the exact break. Then it is taken apart and reworked by hand. This is the step that separates bespoke from everything else, and the reason the calendar is what it is.

Finishing and handover
Final pressing, buttonholes, the last adjustments. Your pattern stays with us, so the second commission begins further along than the first, and the tenth further along than that.
Cloth for a warm city
Miami is warm eleven months of the year, and most suiting cloth was woven for somewhere else. We work in high-twist wools, open weaves, linen and cotton that hold a line in heat instead of collapsing into it — alongside the heavier English and Italian cloths for travel and evening. A bespoke commission is where that choice matters most, because the cloth and the construction are decided together rather than one after the other.

Clients dressing for a wedding, a portrait, or an occasion that deserves the attention. Men who have worn good ready-to-wear for years and reached its ceiling. And professional athletes, whose proportions no rack has ever accounted for — long through the arm, deep through the chest, and nothing off a peg that fits both at once.
